Refund policy

At Drip, we care deeply about our customers. If something ever goes wrong with your purchase or delivery, please connect with us at hello@dripshakers.com within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll work together to resolve it!

In your email please include your order number, a brief explanation of the issue and a photo/s of the product. Where the product is deemed faulty, we will be happy to exchange this product for a new same product.

Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the customer.
